Becky is a student at Patterson Park High in Baltimore and a council member of The Corny Collins Show at WYZT.
Appearance[]
Becky has light auburn hair which she wears as a chin length bob that she ties back away from her face with a ribbon. The has a thick, slightly curved fringe which ends just above her eyebrows.
Of all the girls on The Corny Collins Council, Becky appears to use the least hairspray, with her hair and bangs falling naturally with only a small amount of added volume.
In "The Nicest Kids in Town," Becky is wearing a white and pastel green-blue diagonally striped dress with a brown belt and almond-colored shoes.
During "(The Legend of) Miss Baltimore Crabs," she is seen in a yellow button-up shirt and floral skirt.
In the film's finale, she is in a flowy pastel pink dress made of of several sheer layers.
Hairspray (2007)[]
Becky is assumed to be the youngest member as she looks smaller and younger than the others. She also has a doll which she brings to the studio and keeps backstage at her vanity. When getting ready, she sprays her doll's hair with hairspray.
She is first seen backstage prepping for the start of the show. During the show's opening number, "The Nicest Kids in Town," she is introduced after Vicky and before Bix.
At school, Becky is show to hang out with Amber, Tammy, and Lou Ann. While she does participate in bullying, laughing at those auditioning during "(The Legend of) Miss Baltimore Crabs," she doesn't seem to have the same zeal for it that Amber and Tammy do.
Compared to the other girls on the show, Becky doesn't get much screentime. Instead, she often appears in the background during performances.
Becky is one of four girls to not appear on the score board for the Miss Teenage Hairspray pageant. The others are Darla, Doreen, and Lou Ann. Coincidentally, Becky, Lou Ann, and Darla appear to use the least amount of hairspray in their hair.
